MAT PILATES

For those looking for more focused core strengthening, we offer one on one privates and small group mat pilates sessions with trained pilates teachers. Through pilates floor exercises that combine breath work, body resistance and the use of a magic circle ring, this targeted workout helps build, sculpt and tone your core (power house) as well as strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, fortifying your body from the inside out.
