2 bunch fresh green kale
Green onion (as much as you like I put a whole bunch in mine)
2 to 3 fresh tomato’s (or as many as you want!)
2 fresh lemons
Pink salt to taste
Olive oil (as much as you need I like lots of it, about 1/4 cup)
2 Tbsp burgul cracked wheat (you can get it any international market)
Chop the kale, green onion, and tomatoes.
Put the cracked wheat in a bowl add add 1/4 cup water and cook it in the microwave for about 1- 2 min until it’s fully cooked. Then let it cool down. (Use quinoa for a gluten free option!)
Put all the chopped ingredients in a large bowl - add the cooled down burgul, salt, olive oil, and the 2 lemon's juice.
Mix all the ingredients and you are done! A healthy snack for the week.
