Ingredients :
Oats (Old fashioned or Gluten Free)
Chia Seeds
Non-dairy milk (I use almond)
Vanilla extract
Himalayan pink salt
Agave (if needed to sweeten)
(Toppings are more of a personal choice but here are some options: Bananas, berries, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, granola, peanut or almond butter, brown sugar, whatever you like!!)
Ratio/ How to Make:

The most important things to remember when making Overnight Oats is the ratio:
1 part oats + 2 parts milk + 1/4 part seeds
One serving: (can make into mason jar)
1/2 cup oats + 2 tbsp chia seeds +
1 cup milk
(I do the vanilla and agave to taste and a little pinch of salt!)
Stir completely and refrigerate overnight (or for a few hours) Add whatever toppings you want and enjoy!
You can double or triple this recipe to make a larger batch. I like to make 4 or 5 servings and have it ready to scoop out and top with fruits, granola, and seeds! These are so easy to make, and so nice to have to grab and go in the mornings!
