Nutrition Education Week

When we assess our health and wellness state, there is no denying that nutrition plays a fundamental role in how we feel each day. Being informed and mindful about the fuel you are putting in your body is a critical factor in maintaining a healthy weight, however, many factors such as stress, depression, hormonal shifts throughout the month and our life span can make it difficult to stay on track.

We’ve selected the week of October 15th - 21st as a Nutrition Education Week and are collaborating with a number of professionals and local businesses to bring you information to empower your nutrition decision making. All week, we’ll be sharing helpful blog posts on different nutrition topics and will have in studio activities for you to participate in.
