Recipe of the Month: Date Balls

Ingredients:

1/2 cup almonds

1/2 cup walnuts

1/4 cup pecans

1/4 cup macadamia nuts

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp flax seeds

1 tbsp lions mane mushroom powder

1 tbsp maca powder

1/2 tbsp spirulina

1 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp pink salt

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 cup dates

1 or 2 tbsp water as needed

Instructions:

In a food processor process the nuts until ground.

Add seeds, superfood powders, cinnamon, and salt and process until combined.

Add dates and vanilla and 1 tbsp of water.. Add another tbsp of water as needed.

Blend until a dough forms.

Scoop out 2 tbsp of dough and form into balls.

Freeze for 6ish hours and put in the fridge and enjoyyyy ✨✨
