
We invite you to participate in our Fall Practice Challenge,
from October 8th - November 18th.
Practice 32 times in 42 days and experience the benefits of starting (or recommitting to) a healthy habit!
Success Tips for the Challenge:
Tell your friends and family you are making this commitment and need their support. (If friends or family members want to join you, even better!)
Plan out your week and schedule your practice time in your calendar.
Shift your mindset into believing this time is the most important investment in your ability to do everything else you do.
Do your best, making it 22 days in 42 is just as awesome as 32!
If you get off track, just start again tomorrow but don't give up, something is better than nothing. You can do this!
Registration:
Register between October 3rd and October 17th in the studio or by emailing info@greyowlmb.com.
How to Participate:
Visit the studio for a class, event, workshop, or independent meditation practice and log your practice on our tracker board next to your name.
1 Hour = 1 Point, you may receive points for more than one practice a day.
You can also get up to 5 practice points for sharing a healthy meal picture, using the hashtag #GOMBhealthyeating.
Prizes:
Everyone that participates will receive 10% off select retail at the studio.
All challenge finishers receiving 32 points during the 6 week period will receive a Grey Owl Tank or T-Shirt and be entered into a raffle to win: $50 Amazon Gift Card and One Unlimited Month of Mat Yoga and Meditation
The person with the most points will receive a soft and comfy Grey Owl Hoodie Sweatshirt just in time for winter!
