Raw ~ Vegan ~ Gluten Free ~ Made with Love

Ingredients:
Brownies~
1 cup raw almonds
1 cup raw walnuts
3/4 cup cacao powder
2 1/2 dates (pitted and chopped)
1/4 tsp pink salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 tbsp cacao nibs

Frosting ~
1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1/4 tsp pink salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
1. In a food processor, add almonds and walnuts until finely ground.
2. Add the cacao and salt and process until combined.
3. Add the chopped dates and process until it forms a dough.
4. Add the chopped walnuts and cacao nibs and mix with a spoon.
5. Put your dough in a 8x8 pan and press it down using parchment paper.
6. Place the pan in the freezer while you make the frosting.


7. Frosting ~ Heat coconut milk on the stove until very warm. Put in a mixing bowl and add chocolate. Let sit for 2-3 min.
8. Add coconut oil and salt and chill in the fridge for 15 min.
9. Whisk in 1/4 cup powdered sugar and then 1/4 cup.
10. Frost the brownies and top with more chopped walnuts and cacao nibs.
11. Slice into squares and enjoy!
Keep refrigerated.
