Interacting with your Virtual Classroom
Log into the Zoom meeting Waiting Room at list 5 minutes before so you may resolve any technical issues. If it is your first time using Zoom, log in at least 15 minutes prior.
Use the name you used to register so that we know who you are if you don't have your camera on.
Decide if you want to turn on your camera and have that on so the teacher can see you.
Select the Presenter View in the upper right hand screen (versus Grid View) so you can see the presenter's video large.
Have a seat or lay down on your mat and breathe for a few minutes to prepare for class.
Say "HI" when you arrive to the virtual class via chat or your mic if audio is on.
We’ll mute you while the class is in session so send us a chat if you have an issue hearing or seeing us.
After class, we’ll unmute everyone so feel free to let us know how you feel and how it went. You can use this time to catch up with your buddies virtually. When you are ready to head out, just end the meeting.
We hope this helps create a little zen place in your home to practice with us virtually!
