Golden Milk is based on the traditional Aryuvedic recipe. This nourishing drink will reduce inflammation, muscle and joint pain, improve mood, support brain function, improve memory, lower blood sugar levels, and more!
✽ 3 cups your favorite plant based milk
✽ 1 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
✽ 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ground ginger)
✽ 1 cinnamon stick (or 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon)
✽ 1 pinch ground black pepper
✽ 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
✽ 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

✽ Whisk the ingredients together and heat up on the stove for about 5-6min, stirring often, until mixture is quite warm but not boiling.
✽ Remove from heat, then pour into a cup and savor immediately!
