Recharge Ritual

Enter into our relaxing Chakra Healing room for some full spectrum, nature-powered pampering with our new Recharge Ritual session!

During your Recharge Ritual you'll rest on our Crystal Chakra PEMF Infrared Heating mat under a weighted blanket that adds additional warmth and calming sensations throughout the body. Enhance your sensory relaxation experience with your choice of doTERRA essential oils, a lavender scented eye pillow and music or a guided meditation.

Choose from 20, 40 and 60 minute session or add this therapy on to your energy healing or Thai yoga body work session. Schedule appointment through our app or online.

Thai Yoga Bodywork

Thai Yoga Bodywork is an ancient & mystifying art that has the power to heal the body, clear the mind and uplift the spirit. With its origins in Chinese, Indian and Thai cultures, it combines healing techniques for both the physical and energetic body through stretching, pulling, and rocking techniques to restore the flow of energy, relieve tension, enhance flexibility and range of motion.

What to expect:

  • The session will take place on a cushioned surface on the floor, with blankets/pillows available for additional elevation/comfort.

  • You remain fully clothed and no massage oils or lotions are used by the practitioner. It is best to wear loose, comfortable clothing.

  • The practitioner uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches and also applies deep muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure.

  • It is important to remain relaxed and not “help” the practitioner move your body into positions.

  • Do not eat a heavy meal before a session.

  • Be sure that your practitioner has your complete health history reflected on the intake form

  • If you feel discomfort at any time, let your practitioner know.

  • Great for muscle relaxation, increases flexibility in muscles and increases mobility

  • Improves posture, balance, corrects body alignments and dissolves energy blocks

Thai yoga bodywork may not be safe for someone with health conditions such as disk herniation, osteoporosis, recent surgery, or cardiovascular disease. As with any new physical activity, please check with your healthcare provider before getting treatment to discuss whether it's appropriate for you.

Energy Healing

Our diverse set of energy healers employ various techniques to help harmonize and correct the flow of energy in the body, removing blocks that may impede the body's ability to function optimally including heal and thrive.

What to expect:

  • The session will take place on a massage table where you'll lay fully clothed. We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing.

  • The practitioner will use specific sweeping hand motions a few inches above the body in order to assess and harmonize the flow and balance of energy. 

  • During the session, your primary job is to relax and allow any thoughts or emotions to come, be recognized and pass through.

  • Do not eat a heavy meal before a session.
